A few thoughts:
Streaming still sucks.
The ‘Internet’ menu is so misleading to the average user, it’s ridiculous. No, Apple - the real internet doesn’t consist entirely of YouTube and Radio.
Syncing is better, but this is really more an iTunes 9 feature.
As soon as you watch something, the radio cuts out - so when you return to the main menu, you have to go back to...
Magic Mouse
Bought a couple of Magic Mice at the Apple Store today - very smooth, very stylish and very no nipple-y.

Notice how Boy Genius calls it “the Android device to beat, and easily the most impressive”. That’s Android device, not mobile device.

Megazoomer has been updated to support Snow Leopard. Along with ClickToFlash and a few other brilliant utility apps, Megazoomer is an essential tool for my Mac. Only works with Cocoa apps (which unfortunately still means no iTunes support).

The good:
No more ‘lite’ apps filling up the App Store, leading to a much more accurate app count figure.
Developers invent their own way of ‘try before you buy’.
Piracy rate will decrease - welcome news after today’s figures.
The bad:
Easier to mislead customers about app price in App Store description.
All in all, it’s a step in the right direction...

It’s a good move from T-Mobile and it should be noted that most telcos wouldn’t offer their customers $100 credit and free early contract exit. Nor would most telcos lose all their customers’ data.

While it will certainly be beneficial to iPod touch owners looking for a cheaper way to make calls, the real problem with this device is the network it’s using to connect to the internet. As a MacTalk forum member put it, “it’s another fucker suckling off the pit that is the Optus network”.
